Debtech was involved from the project initiation stage providing cost planning and management as part of design development of The Round at the Plenty Campus.
Architectural firm McBride Charles Ryan liaised closely with the academic staff during the design development to create a learning space that would include specialist science laboratories and the latest learning technologies all within the school’s budget.
Debtech then managed the tendering, negotiation and award of the construction contract to Building Engineering.
Debtech provided project management services to the school once construction was underway on this exciting and innovative circular form building with central courtyards and light wells. Features include:
- 10 new classrooms including breakout and private study areas
- Three specialist Senior Years science laboratories – biology, chemistry and physics
- Primary and Middle Years specialist science laboratory
- Senior Years Pastoral and social hub
