As a consequence of Debtech involvement with contract management on major projects during the past 35 years where hundreds of major and complex contracts have been awarded and administered, we are experienced in the tender, negotiation and award process together with contract administration and the resolution of contractual disputes.

This extensive contract management experience has led to Debtech being involved in dispute resolution acting for principals, superintendents and contractors on many varied claims.

Debtech have been engaged by both referring and responding parties to assist in the preparation of payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications, adjudication responses and submissions under the Security of Payment Act.
