Debtech were engaged by Sealed Air Corporation to provide the Project Management of the construction of an extension to the existing Building 10 in order to house a new product line at the Sealed Air Corporation site in Fawkner, Victoria. The services included: producing the overall project implementation strategy; design management; procurement; and superintending all aspects of the building extension contract.
The key indicators for the success of the project were to have no disruption to the ongoing manufacturing operations of the surrounding production plant and to allow Sealed Air Corporation to install, commission and begin operation of the new product line.
