Debtech services included contract negotiations for the Stage 1 contract and preparation of the Owner’s project requirements. The role of Contract Administrator, in addition to the normal Engineer/Superintendent duties, required the provision of certification for the Financier.
Subsequently, Debtech was reappointed to provide the superintendent services for the Stage 2 expansion and more recently Stage 3.
The three furnaces have an annual capacity of 700 million bottles.
