Two 350-tonne silos were constructed on Barrett Burston Malting’s existing plant at Geelong to provide additional barley storage.
The design and construct project required the integration of the new silos, conveyors and structures to enable the barley to be transferred into the existing elevator and cleaning plant for processing.
Debtech services included preparation of scope of work, tendering, negotiation and contract award. Subsequently, Debtech assisted BBM with the management of the project.
