Sealed Air Cryovac Extrusion Line
Debtech were engaged by Sealed Air Corporation to assist with the Project Management of the construction of an extension to the existing Building 10 in order to house a new product line at the Sealed Air Corporation site in Fawkner, Victoria.
The role included: producing overall project delivery strategy; design management; procurement; and contract administration of all aspects of the building extension. Debtech also acted as Superintendent under the Contract with the Principal Contractor on site.
The key indicator for the success of the project was primarily to complete the project in a timely manner which in turn, will allow Sealed Air Corporation to install, commission and begin operation of the new product line.
The project was completed with no disruption to manufacturing operations.
