Debtech were engaged to review of conditions of contract applying to a client subcontract with major mining company and to carry out an analysis of events that resulted in subcontract delays.
Services included preparation of a draft claim for client entitlement to extensions of time and relief from liquidated damages incorrectly applied by the major mining company.
