Debtech were engaged by Protavia Pty Ltd to manage the transition from the planning phase through to scope finalization with all the major stakeholders. Debtech also managed the design team to prepare a Capital Cost Estimate of the process plant as well as all associated infrastructure and facilities.
The role included: refining the Project definition; identification of the interface issues for each of the individual packages; and the preparation of documentation to manage the project delivery methodology and complete the Capital Cost Estimate for Financial Close.
