Freemasons Victoria in partnership with Mirvac Construction are redeveloping the former Dallas Brookes Hall site to produce ‘The Eastbourne’. Debtech are engaged by Freemasons Victoria to project manage the design and construction for their new premises. Debtech have completed the design review and coordination with the developer to ensure development progresses in accordance with the PDA for the base building. Debtech project management services includes appointment of design consultants, management of design development and tendering and award of the construction contract.
During 2019 the base building and fit-out work will be completed and the new Freemasons Victoria premises will include the head office of operations, members lodge rooms, dining and lounge facilities, café and car parking over four levels.
This unique project is an opportunity to rebuild a landmark Melbourne site with complex stakeholder requirements that demand a balance of quality, time and cost factors.
