Middle East Update
Debtech continues to provide project management and industrial development expertise to Australian and international clients in the Middle East.
For the past 6 years, Debtech have been involved in a number of projects in the United Arab Emirates. Working along side a number of high profile international consultants and contractors, Debtech have been able to apply the experience gained on Industrial and Commercial projects in Australia to help clients.
For the past year, Debtech have been assisting an International manufacturing group to finalise a development agreement with an international Construction Contractor in consultation with a project financier. This role has included extensive liaison with key decision makers to develop and signoff the scoping requirements.
The project is currently under final review pending confirmation of land, funding and utility provisions.
