Debtech was responsible for the Administration Management for this project working in conjunction with Jacob Serene and Connell Wagner. This role included the responsibility for financial and procedural project requirement. Debtech also assisted with the procurement and contract activities including the negotiation of the cost reimbursable performance incentive contracts for the major mechanical and electrical installation packages
As part of Debtech’s overall commercial management role Debtech prepared the budgets for training, commercialisation and start up as well as assisting the project management of these tasks.
