ICAD Effluent Treatment Plant
Debtech were engaged to provide project management expertise to assist with the successful completion of an Industrial Waste Treatment Plant with the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD).
Debtech was engaged to assist the Project Company to review the extensive legal framework to ensure all items were addressed to enable Commercial Acceptance to be achieved at the Contractual Date.
The role also included Project management and Construction Administration services to expedite resolution to technical and construction issues encountered by the Contractor leading up to completion of the project.
