Debtech continues to provide extensive Project Management Services to Melbourne's metropolitan rail operator (previously known as Connex) including contract management, programming and contract administration advice on a diverse range of projects.
These projects have required to be delivered within the operating environment of the metropolitan train system and ensure it remains functional for the rapidly increasing number of customers.
