Viridian Furnace Repair

Debtech was appointed by Viridian (previously Pilkington Glass) to review and assist to define the scope of work and prepare the terms and general conditions of contract for the Construction contracts.

This role included assistance in tender package preparation (review the scope through to commercial conditions and proposed contract structure) for the main tenders of the project including: Batch plant foundations, Batch plant building, Batch plant installations, DA2 repair major installations and DA2 repair major equipment purchases.
