ICAD IETP, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Debtech have been engaged to provide project management expertise to assist with the successful completion of an Industrial Waste Treatment Facility within the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD).
As part of the ongoing commercial and industrial expansion of the United Arab Emirates, the largest of Emirates, Abu Dhabi have continued the staged developed of ICAD (Industrial City Abu Dhabi). As this subdivision has evolved, the need for a Water Treatment plant was identified.
A Public Private Partnership (PPP) was executed between the Zonescorp, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and Samsung Engineering to deliver the Project.
Debtech was engaged to assist the Project Company (ADCB / Macquarie Bank) to review the extensive legal framework to ensure all items were addressed to enable Commercial Acceptance to be achieved at the Contractual Date.
The role also included Project management and Construction administration services to expedite resolution to technical and construction issues encountered by the Contractor leading up to completion of the project.
